Membership Development & Maintenance

CHEN collaborates with various hospitals and faith-based organizations/congregations to acquire resources the local minority community needs. Our representatives help organize events and raise healthcare literacy within your congregation, in addition to providing individualized support to those in immediate need. We welcome you to join hundreds of others in partnering with CHEN and our representatives. For more information, give our leadership team a call or fill out an inquiry form online today.

The Office of Minority Health and Disparities Elimination empowers communities to support optimal health for all and seeks to eliminate disparities for racial, ethnic and under-served populations. A statewide leader, they recognize and address health disparities and health equity through meaningful collaboration and engagement.
